Lunch and Lecture Series: Charlottesville
The Charlottesville branch of the James River Green Building Council is pleased to announce its 2012 Green Lunch Series. This year’s series promises a diverse array of green building topics designed to appeal to a broad range of interests. Again this year, all luncheons will be held at Cityspace on the downtown mall.
Luncheons are free and open to anyone interested in learning more about green building. Grab a friend or a co-worker and join us. Lunches will be held the second Tuesday of each month. Registration in advance is required.
Eco-Building Tours: Richmond & Charlottesville
The James River Green Building Council hosts several eco-building tours throughout the year to showcase LEED certified and registered buildings, as well as other examples of green architecture in Central Virginia. These tours take place during the day as a luncheon program or in the evening in conjunction with a networking event and are intended to educate green building professionals and the community at large on sustainable design. Please stay tuned to the events calendar for information on upcoming eco-building tours in your area.
