Project Manager – Sustainable Design Consulting, LLC
Sustainable Design Consulting, LLC has immediate need in their Richmond, Virginia office for a part-time or full-time Project Manager degreed in and having a minimum of 8-10 years experience in the building industry. Candidates must be LEED Accredited. Candidates must be knowledgeable in commercial green building principles and practices and have played a primary role in a minimum of two LEED® projects. This position reports to the Managing Principal in the Richmond office. Candidates must have strong management and communication skills with the ability to create and lead internal and external training sessions for all skill levels. The successful candidate will effectively manage multiple consulting projects and team members while playing an integral role in the design and implementation of training programs.
